What is a Legacy Tree?

Legacy trees are a way to support the ongoing efforts to preserve and grow the 80 acres of Kropscott Farm Environmental Center for the community. Your LEGACY TREE will impact the programs and grounds of Kropscott Farm Environmental Center and the future expansion of education at the nursery. Your legacy tells the story of the importance to preserve the land and facilities for education + conservation, all while a piece of your legacy is invested into the Natural Resource Fund (long-term perpetual care) to grow for a lasting impact beyond your initial investment. Your $100 LEGACY TREE investment will shape the landscape of the Newaygo Conservation District's education initiatives and scholarships as we grow the natural resource career and volunteer pipeline for every generation to come. Gifts to the Newaygo Conservation District are tax-deductible to the maximum extent of the law under IRS Code 170 (c)(1).
